RISK ASSESSMENT NEW FORMAT GUIDELINES

"In the new format of the risk assessment report, the downloaded file will be in a coded format which will track all the changes that candidates do while preparing risk assessment report, so one may write carefully while making the report and should type all from 'A to Z' including:

(A)Comments, (B)Insertion, (C)Deletion & (D)Formatting"

Following below mentioned are the recommendations in

this regard:

Recommendation # 1:
Always download a 'new (fresh) file' from the website of NEBOSH while preparing your report of risk assessment from the website of NEBOSH.
www.nebosh.org.uk

Recommendation # 2:
Preferred Version for making the risk assessment report is MS 2016 (Professional + STUDENT) to make the file compatible with it. Hence, always prepare a report in it.

1: MS WORD 2016 (Professional)
2: MS WORD 2016 (Student)

Recommendation # 3:
A tracking option will be "ON" in the file by default, thus the candidate should save the file only when he/she complete the paragraphs with correction of spelling mistakes. Thus, deletion and insertion will be less in the final file.

Recommendation # 4:
The candidate should type all from 'A to Z' while preparing the report as per NEBOSH guidelines so that he may be able to clear the exam with good results, as copy/paste is not allowed in this file due to tracking of changes in the file.

Recommendation # 5:
If someone wants to submit his PDF file without comments, he may turn off the mark-up option including
(A) formatting
&
(-B-) Insertion/Deletion
in MS Word to get files without comments after the completion of work.

Recommendation # 6:
Always prepare your risk assessment report as per 'Checklist/ 18-points' criteria to pass the report with the guidance of your trainer. Thank you!
